UAD Design and Consulting Joint Stock Company has signed the contract for the Nam Ly social housing project.

UAD Design and Consulting Joint Stock Company has signed a contract for the Nam Ly social housing project, located at 91A Do Xuan Hop Street, Phuoc Long Ward, District 9, Thu Duc City.

Specifically, the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee has approved Thao Dien Real Estate Joint Stock Company as the developer of the Nam Ly social housing project. The project occupies a total area of ​​4,557.2 m²; however, after deducting the riverside greenery zone and the area within the road setback, the remaining developable area is approximately 2,548.3 m².

The original design for the Nam Ly social housing project featured 25 stories and two basement levels. The basements (B1 and B2) were designated for parking, security and technical rooms, and storage; floors 1 through 5 (the podium) were to house the lobby, commercial spaces, and service facilities; and floors 6 through 25 were to comprise the residential area, consisting of two 25-story architectural blocks.

According to the design, the Nam Ly social housing project is bordered to the south by the Rach Chiec riverside road; to the north and west by vacant land zoned for mixed-use development; and to the east by Nam Ly Bridge and the adjacent road.
